At PT Ganda Visi Jayatama (Concise.id), I still build and maintain YARA’s frontend while serving as a forward deployed architect for the commissioner’s Bangka shrimp-farming company. YARA is a web and mobile operations platform handling daily work across 200+ active ponds.
On YARA, I built the web dashboard for real-time water monitoring, historical cycle tracking, and biomass analytics. I also led a three-person team on the project.
As Technical Lead at PT Ganda Visi Jayatama, I led three squads of eight developers across four production apps. I wrote project specifications, C4 diagrams, and ERDs from client requirements, and ran Gitflow, code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
I built a Figma-to-code skill that reads CSS directly from design nodes, and wrote seven PRDs with matching TRDs that were approved and shipped. I’m also second author of a published Monte Carlo feed-forecasting paper, based on a thesis project for PT Samudra.
