Radhika Salve

I am a B.Pharmacy graduate and Research Associate in Formulation Research & Development with hands-on experience in formulation work and clinical data programming. I combine pharmaceutical knowledge with practical skills in statistical programming to produce reliable reports and support drug development activities.

At Batavia Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. (Jan 2024–Oct 2025) I worked in formulation R&D, contributing to experimental design, data manipulation, and reporting. I apply SAS (Base, Advanced, Macro, SQL, ODS) for data cleaning, analysis, and generation of summary reports.

My technical toolkit includes SDTM and ADaM clinical data standards and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which I use for documentation and presentation of study results. I emphasize accuracy, reproducibility, and clear communication in all project deliverables.

I am self-motivated, a strong team player, and eager to learn new methods and technologies that improve formulation outcomes and data quality. I seek roles where I can contribute to formulation development and clinical data analysis while continuing professional growth.
