I'm currently supporting A Safe Haven Health and Wellness remotely, where I provide cognitive behavioral life coaching and QMHP-level addiction counseling while managing insurance verification, credentialing research, billing coordination, provider onboarding, and full-cycle hiring.

At CooperRiis Asheville Community Program, I trained, onboarded, and supervised approximately 20 direct care staff at a time. I wrote training materials and competency checks, reviewed documentation against program and payer standards, and oversaw four residential houses serving adults stepping down from inpatient psychiatric care.

Across recovery and residential mental health programs, I've led shifts, directed staff coverage, reviewed incident reports, and made real-time decisions involving client and safety situations. I'm completing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring twelve years of behavioral health experience across residential, recovery, and outpatient settings.
