Rachel Ilonga

I’m a strong and motivated hospitality professional who enjoys teamwork and challenging tasks that require clear logical thoughts. I bring hands-on kitchen experience through roles as Kitchen Assistant and Kitchen manager, and I’m committed to doing work accurately, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.

I started gaining practical experience as a Kitchen Assistant from 26 May 2023 to 01 January 2024, then progressed to Kitchen manager at Windhoek Sky Restaurant on 16 May 2024 and continuing up to date. Alongside my work, I completed Hospitality training at Windhoek Women @ Work Training Centre and earned a Hospitality Certificate (02 June 2023), strengthening my readiness for fast-paced hospitality environments.

I’m confident communicating clearly and supporting smooth operations, especially when pressure is high. With strong skills in writing and public speaking, plus computer confidence using MS Office tools, I aim to keep learning, contribute to a reliable team, and deliver consistent results every shift.
