At ABOV Semiconductor Co., Ltd., I design analog ICs for MCU-related applications, including bandgap references and internal RC and crystal oscillators. My work includes circuit simulation, verification, measurement, debugging, and performance evaluation.
At BKIC lab, HUST, I researched and developed DC-DC converters and power-management circuits, including hybrid, Dickson, and three-level buck converters. I also worked on integrated power converter design, simulation, layout, measurement, and debugging, with research published in IEEE conferences and journals.
