I support litigation preparation by reviewing documentation, organizing evidence, and preparing case materials for counsel. I maintain client files and coordinate with clients on documentation, case updates, and compliance matters.
At The Legal Compliance Clinic, I drafted and reviewed commercial and employment agreements and prepared incorporation and statutory compliance documents. Earlier, as a Legal Extern at Shadiah Chambers, I assisted attorneys with litigation preparation and legal research.
