At ThienHoang Solutions JSC, I lead technical delivery across government AI projects while staying hands-on with architecture and implementation. For the Trade & Market Management Platform, I challenged the H2O-centric design and architected a custom ML platform for data ingestion, profiling, AutoML training, model registry, and serving.
For legal platforms, I led architecture and delivery for search, cited Q&A, and cross-document review, and designed a rules-first pipeline to structure Vietnamese legal documents and track amendments. Earlier, as an Artificial Intelligence Research Intern at University of Science and Technology of Hanoi - ICTLab, I developed a cardiac MRI segmentation framework that achieved 92.60% mean Dice on ACDC.
