At Persevex, I built an Employee Attrition Prediction project to identify employees who may be at risk of leaving. I cleaned and preprocessed employee data, handled missing values and duplicates, and prepared features for model training.
I compared machine learning algorithms, including Random Forest, and evaluated model performance to support model selection. My project work also includes a CNN that classifies Fashion MNIST images into clothing categories.
For the Silk Route Platform, I developed a full-stack social media engagement platform using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL. It includes a user wallet, smart pricing, and an admin dashboard.
