What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role where I can continue learning, strengthen my data and analytical skills, take on meaningful responsibilities and challenges, and contribute to organizational success.

I've supported Alliance Insurance Company by maintaining beneficiary records, coordinating daily benefits processes, and ensuring contributions were processed accurately and on time.

In my Employee Benefit Administrator role, I submitted reinsurance data for invoicing, calculated and submitted reinsurance commission, and produced monthly reinsurance reports. I also completed a five-month Data Engineer contract at Alliance Insurance, working on data capturing, fixing, consolidation, wrangling, analysis, model creation, and report writing.

During my internship with the Ministry of Education and Training, I contributed to data collection, capturing, analysis, management, and reporting.

I hold a BSc in Computer Science and Statistics from the National University of Lesotho and bring practical capability in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Excel, SPSS, and VBA.
