I've built commerce and AI systems at Amazon, StockX, and Glean, spanning seller workflows, enterprise search, and support automation.

At Amazon, I led end-to-end development of an inbound-shipment planning feature for sellers, using fulfillment-center capacity forecasts to recommend delivery windows. I reduced capacity lookup latency by approximately 200ms through cached S3 snapshots and guided SDE-1s through design, testing, and rollout.

I also developed an AI ticket-debugging agent using MCP tools, RAG-based episodic memory, CloudWatch logs, code retrieval, and an offline evaluation framework for diagnosis quality. At StockX, I built seller inventory and advertising billing services, a RAG-powered customer support agent, and cross-currency bid-and-ask matching.

At Glean, I built crawlers, connectors, indexing systems, and infrastructure for enterprise data retrieval, permissions processing, and search ranking. I contributed to Glean Chat and reduced local development time across Go, Python, TypeScript, and Java by 50% using Bazel and Docker.
