I’m a Senior Backend Engineer with 4.5+ years of experience building, scaling, and stabilizing production-grade SaaS backend systems. I’m known for ownership-driven execution, pragmatic system design, and long-term maintainability.

I lead high-risk reliability and data integrity work, including decoupling telephony ingestion into a dedicated landing service. By persisting metadata to PostgreSQL early and storing raw payloads for observability (JSONB), I reduced production data-loss incidents by ~50% during frequent releases.

I also drive cost and reliability optimization across cloud infrastructures. I migrated AWS workloads (including x86 to ARM-based EC2) for ~1,000 USD/month savings, re-hosted services with Jenkins-driven CI/CD and controlled DNS cutovers with zero client-visible downtime, and executed a full AWS to GCP migration (SQS to Pub/Sub, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage).
