Qualified Nigerian lawyer focused on corporate, commercial, and compliance work, delivering rigorous legal research and drafting.
What I'm looking for
I’m a qualified lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar, with practical experience in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal, regulatory, and administrative processes. I bring a detail-oriented, proactive approach to delivering high-quality legal support, especially when the work is dynamic and fast-paced. My focus is driven by strong interest in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Compliance, and by a commitment to continuous professional development.
In my role at the Federal Ministry of Justice, FCT-Abuja (Pupil State Counsel, International Criminal Justice Department), I conducted legal research on international criminal law and cross-border cooperation, supported extradition and mutual legal assistance case preparation, and drafted legal memoranda while reviewing compliance documents tied to international obligations. Previously, I interned and externed with legal firms where I supported corporate and property law research, assisted in drafting and reviewing legal documents and case materials, and gained practical exposure to litigation processes—strengthening my ability to translate legal reasoning into clear, dependable deliverables.
