I’m a Trainee Engineer in Production, currently working in the Rework Department at TATA Sierra 1.5L Engine assembly, with hands-on experience in engine quality inspection and overhaul processes. I focus on precision work, strict standards, and reliability—aiming for zero defects and 100% quality assurance.

My background includes automotive diagnostics and repair, and I’ve developed a strong ability to identify root causes of failure. I rebuild Petrol engine components to OEM wiring harness standards and ensure peak performance and trust through disciplined technical rework.

I’m driven by continuous improvement and process engineering, using Kaizen mechanisms and a 5S system to support target achievement. I’m especially interested in remanufacturing engine projects, industrial engineering, and engineering support roles where I can keep improving quality through value engineering and process discipline.
