I have around 2 years of experience working as a product designer. I've worked on both internal and user-facing products. In my previous role (at an edtech startup), I built products for our teams that enabled in a 500+% increase in the number of cohorts run. It also helped us launch 4+ new fellowships.
Here's a brief overview on how I work and why you should hire me -
Since I'm self-taught, I focus a lot on implementing and adapting to a design process that works for me based on the situation (deadlines, experiments, visual-heavy projects, etc.).
I understand how design plays a vital role in driving business objectives. I create visually appealing designs that align with a product’s brand and effectively communicate its message to its users.
I have a keen eye for detail and am able to identify design opportunities that can lead to increased customer engagement and ultimately, business success.
I don't take design feedback personally, but I take it seriously and consistently.
As a designer with a background in development, I'm very mindful of how my work can translate to code.
I believe in fostering productive relationships with stakeholders, especially PMs and engineers, to deliver quality experiences.
I'm enthusiastic and willing to learn literally anything.
