I've conducted warehouse field research in Ghaziabad and Sahibabad for Setu, an AI-driven FMCG logistics platform, interviewing distributors, sales officers, and accounts personnel. I translated findings into three personas, journey maps, a research report, wireframes, and stakeholder recommendations.
As a Computer Teacher and ATL In-Charge at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, I observe student learning behaviour, identify friction points, and adapt lesson delivery through structured feedback loops. I also make technical concepts accessible through hands-on robotics and STEM sessions for Grades 6–8.
Previously, I gathered stakeholder requirements and supported end users at Headstrong Services India and Wipro Infotech, guiding technical and procurement decisions through clear communication.
My earlier web development work at Technovate E Solutions improved website usability and responsiveness, grounding my transition into UX research in practical user-centered problem solving.
