Prerna Dudam

I am a Master of Science in Biochemistry with hands-on experience in clinical diagnostic testing and patient-facing care. I have performed vestibular diagnostic procedures and medication counselling while working closely with physicians and nursing teams.

At Neuroequilibrium Diagnostic Systems I conduct VNG, SVV and DVA testing, calibrate and operate diagnostic equipment, analyze data for diagnosis and treatment planning, and perform treatment maneuvers. I maintain accurate records and have trained two new technicians.

Previously at Docon Technologies I provided medication counselling, managed patient records and medication incidents, collaborated with clinicians, and oversaw stock management. I have completed internships including project training at a national research center and practical laboratory training across pathology and biochemistry.

I bring strong technical competency with Microsoft Office, solid laboratory training, and soft skills in communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving and empathy, and I am seeking a career-changing role where I can apply clinical diagnostic skills and grow in patient-centered healthcare services.
