What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to quality, performance testing, and production support for enterprise applications, using LoadRunner, SQL, API testing, and AI-assisted QA while growing through cross-functional collaboration and leadership opportunities.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I supported enterprise insurance applications covering commission and producer/agent lifecycle processes. I performed functional, regression, integration, UAT, SQL-based validation, API testing, and production support for business-critical transactions.

I use LoadRunner and Performance Center across requirements understanding, scripting, execution, and result analysis, including load, stress, endurance, and volume testing. I also monitor batch jobs through CA Workload, coordinate incident resolution in ServiceNow, and support deployments and releases with zero major slippages.

I've led a team of three, collaborated with business users, developers, and onsite teams, and received appreciation for automation, optimization, and proactive issue resolution. I also use ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to accelerate test case generation, test data creation, SQL query support, and documentation.
