What I'm looking for

I'm seeking 1099 freelance or contract bookkeeping and payroll opportunities with US businesses or accounting firms, where I can support Eastern Time teams with clean books, reconciliations, reporting, and organized records for CPAs or enrolled agents.

I'm a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor supporting bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR workflows, financial reporting, and accounting operations for remote teams.

At Apple Seeds Private School, I reengineered the chart of accounts, automated bank-feed categorization in QBO, supported budgets exceeding US$1.5m, and negotiated vendor contracts that saved US$6,000. I also process monthly payroll for 45 employees and reconcile a US$5,000 monthly petty-cash fund with zero discrepancies.
