At Gusti Leder GmbH, I progressed from QC Executive through four roles to Creative Team Leader & Amazon Operations Lead. The company founder appointed me to lead both the Creative and Amazon marketplace teams.
I spearheaded improvements to existing leather goods, adding functional features such as laptop compartments and additional pockets. I also coordinated with international vendors on production, pricing discussions, and purchase order reviews.
At Bachhraj Trading Corporation Pvt. Ltd., I designed and developed institutional and school uniforms from concept to production. I managed sampling, fabric selection, colour coordination, and finishing details, and supervised production teams to match approved samples and specifications.
