I’m an experienced Design Manager with 13+ years leading fashion apparel and textile projects across Menswear, Womenswear, and Kidswear. I translate artwork into production-ready fashion, build on-trend collections, and align design direction to brand narratives for global buyers.
In my current role at Geemeeo, I lead apparel design and oversee end-to-end sampling—from fabric selection to final product approvals. I develop mood boards and narratives that reflect brand philosophy, while using AI tools and digital solutions to optimize the design process.
Previously, as Senior Design Manager at Mectech Knitfabs, I managed full design cycles including range development, trend research, moodboard development, and print or embroidery planning through product finalization. I supervise designers, mentor juniors, allocate projects, and review outputs for both creative and commercial alignment, supporting brands such as Next and Babyshop, among others.
At Pearl Global (US Design Team), I managed graphic design, prints, and embroidery for mens, women, and kidswear, coordinating with the US team to meet global objectives. Earlier experience also strengthened my range of design execution—from concept-to-sample buyer presentations at LI & Fung to complete design life cycle ownership for flooring projects at Welspun.
