As a Cascade Manager on the US-CDC SURGE/ASPIRE Project, I provide support to ART clinic services, ensuring timely patient care and retention. My role includes managing sample transport networks, monitoring patient responses to therapy, and compiling site-level reports for informed decision-making.

In my role as Data Entry personnel, I supported monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. I assisted in the implementation of M&E tools and conducted routine site visits to assess program performance.

As a Case Manager, I performed clinical screenings for TB and ensured proper referrals for treatment. I tracked clients' adherence to ART and maintained documentation of their health status, ensuring high retention rates in care.

In my role as Case Manager, I provided psycho-social support and adherence counseling to PLHIV clients. I monitored clients' responses to therapy and ensured timely follow-ups for defaulters, contributing to improved health outcomes.

As a Community Facilitator, I conducted community mobilization and HTS testing. I supported data collection and ensured proper tracking of commodities to maintain stock levels, contributing to effective health service delivery.

During my internship as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, I conducted routine laboratory investigations and supervised laboratory technicians. I ensured quality control and utilized various laboratory analyzers for accurate testing.

Gained a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science, focusing on various laboratory techniques and practices essential for healthcare delivery.

Completed the West Africa Examination Council Certificate, which provided foundational education and qualifications for further studies.
