At PB Health (PB Fintech), I build and own Go backend services for clinical documentation in a hospital EMR/IPD system. The workflows I worked on cut nurse and doctor documentation time from 15–30 minutes to approximately five minutes.
I led the decomposition of user and patient management from the IPD service into a centralized User Service across the ADT flow. I also implemented concurrent processing that reduced clinical note generation API latency by 40%+.
I engineered gRPC communication and Kafka pipelines for clinical data processing, including shift-handover pending notes surfaced in a unified Nurse Activity Sheet. I also optimized PostgreSQL queries and integrated Redis caching.
In personal projects, I built a Go load balancer, an asynchronous job processing system, and an event-driven order service. I use Claude, Windsurf, and Cursor in production development, and contributed to voice notes and AI-generated patient summaries on the EMR coversheet.
