At Infosys Ltd., I worked as a Senior Associate Consultant, providing SAP CPI production support and monitoring for the Adecco integration project. I analyzed message logs and traces to resolve interface failures, and made enhancements and Groovy script fixes to existing iFlows.
On the EverNorth Health Care project, I designed and developed CPI iFlows connecting SAP S/4HANA with manufacturing and logistics systems. I implemented cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise integrations, including connections to on-premise systems through SAP Cloud Connector.
For EverNorth Health Care, I also implemented message transformations and retry and reprocessing mechanisms using Data Store and JMS queues. I configured error notifications and managed credentials, certificates, and PGP keys.
At Endava Solutions Ltd., I worked as a Senior Engineer on the Cigna Health Care implementation and support project. I developed iFlows for SAP S/4HANA and ECC integrations, supported UAT and go-live activities, and monitored and maintained integrations after go-live.
