Pratham Madhu

At Transformers and Rectifiers India Ltd, I handle procurement of power transformer components, including On-Load Tap Changers (OLTC), moulded components and insulation materials. I manage orders worth ₹1 Cr+ per month across domestic and international vendors.

I take orders from RFQ through purchase order release, compare technical and commercial quotations, and negotiate prices. On selected orders, my negotiations achieved reductions of 7–10%.

I also coordinate OLTC imports from Germany and China, follow up on shipments and delivery commitments, and work with Design and Quality on specifications and inspection clearance. I maintain order and vendor data in Infor LN ERP and Excel.
