At Unisys, I built a reusable REST API automation framework with Python, Behave, Playwright API, and OAuth2 that automates 169+ enterprise API scenarios. I also developed cross-system validation and mobile automation frameworks for enterprise applications.

My work includes performance testing for RAG services and Voice AI systems, using JMeter, Python, SIP, and WebSockets, with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring. On the Salesforce LA Permitting project, I automated permit and service request workflows and performed load testing.
