At IBM India Pvt Ltd, I developed and maintained Salesforce projects for global stakeholders, managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and platform security to support compliance and secure access. I also handle production readiness—resolving production issues while ensuring 99.9% platform stability and protecting data integrity through migration, validation, reconciliation, and system integrations.

I’ve collaborated with IBM USA and IBM Japan to deliver business enhancements, and I’ve supported enterprise CRM initiatives during my internship with process and operational workflow improvements.
