Prateek Lamba

I’m a UX/UI Designer focused on user-centered digital experiences, using design thinking to solve real-world problems. I love turning ambiguous needs into clear, intuitive flows through strong research and hands-on prototyping.

In my UX/UI Design Intern role, I led strategic research by conducting competitive analysis (Amazon/Meesho) to identify seller pain points and optimize feature sets. I also built detailed UX documentation, including Information Architecture (IA), Task Flows, User Flows, and Customer Journey Maps to streamline complex seller operations.

I’ve delivered end-to-end UI design work in Figma, including creating a design system and producing complete designs for “Add Product, Inventory and Product Details” modules. I also redesigned modules of a services app to improve user flows for civic complaints and emergency hospital services.

From projects like BookEase, where I led the complete UX process and created a more personalized, intuitive discovery experience, to taking products from wire-framing to final designs as the only UI/UX designer in a team, I consistently own the user journey. My toolkit—Figma, Framer, and FigJam—helps me move quickly from insight to outcome.
