I'm looking to lead complex banking and financial-services platforms where I can bridge business, compliance, and technology, strengthen data governance and regulatory readiness, and deliver high-quality Agile outcomes.

At Synechron, I lead delivery for Citi CPB’s Olympus centralized data repository, onboarding Orders, Executions, and Risk Breaches data for compliance reporting. I’ve onboarded 15+ data sources with zero post-production issues, supported TIBCO-to-Solace migrations, and reduced QA effort by 30% through improved reconciliation templates.

Across banking programs for Credit Suisse, HSBC, and client onboarding platforms, I bridge business, compliance, and technology from requirements through UAT and release readiness. I use Agile delivery, data modelling, SQL validation, reconciliation, and governance to deliver traceable, regulatory-ready outcomes.
