I'm currently leading BDO RISE's Third-Party Attestation team, growing it from 23 to 70+ professionals across multiple locations in India. I manage SOC 1, SOC 2, Internal Audit, and FAIT-related engagements while building practice capability and operational scale.
Previously at EY GDS, I directly managed 150+ IT audit professionals and led delivery for 300+ SOC and SOX clients through automated solutions. I also built global attestation strategy across the US, Europe, and APAC and partnered with Cyber and Supply Chain practices on solutions.
Across EY and PwC SDC, I've led IT audit teams, integration growth, recruitment, training, quality, and automation initiatives. My work includes IT risk assessments, IT General Controls, SOX 404 controls, application controls, and security configuration reviews in SAP and Oracle environments.
I've been recognized with BDO RISE's CLIMB Value and Trailblazer Award, EY's Golden Beam Award, and the Turbo Idea Award for automation. I bring 14+ years of experience developing teams, improving delivery models, and helping global stakeholders address technology risk.

Leading the growth of the Third-Party Attestation team from 23 to 70+ professionals within 3 years across multiple India locations. Managing delivery across SOC 1, SOC 2, Internal Audit, and FAIT-related engagements.
Direct management of 150+ IT audit professionals and leading delivery for 300+ SOC and SOX clients using automated solutions. Strategy building for global attestation solutions across US, Europe, and APAC.
Direct management of 110+ IT audit professionals and collaboration with the US team to increase integration and drive growth. Led Learning and Development for DAT practice and served as Quality Champion.
Responsible for leading growth in integration for the Central region of US and leading technical training for around 100 IT audit professionals. Led multiple IT audit assessment engagements and created solution decomposition and go-to-market strategy.
Contributed to Global Knowledge Matters team and led multiple IT audit engagements with teams across India and US. Conducted trainings and led automation project for security configuration testing.
Performed IT General Controls testing, SOX-404 control testing, and Application Controls review in SAP and Oracle. Reviewed security configurations and conducted training sessions on various technologies.
