At Spinnaker Analytics, I studied Vodafone Idea’s debt restructuring, screened distressed listed companies, and built a financial model to test restructuring scenarios. My analysis recommended a hybrid path, with projected improvements to net debt/EBITDA and interest coverage.
I also contributed to an Indian banking sector initiation report covering 10 banks, using P/B versus ROE and P/E valuation approaches. I rated the sector Overweight and the five primary banks Buy.
In my Hyundai Motor India Ltd equity research project, I built a five-year financial model and combined P/E and DCF valuations to reach a REDUCE rating. I’ve also evaluated Hyundai Motor India Limited’s IPO using financial analysis and valuation comparisons.
