What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile delivery, portfolio governance, and business analysis work where I can improve delivery visibility, strengthen operating processes, and advance AI-enabled initiatives.

At Adrosonic IT Consultancy & Services, I coordinate delivery governance for 12+ projects in a ~$1.4M annual portfolio, covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, resources, and stakeholder reporting. I strengthened RAID management, governance forums, SOW workflows, and reporting automation to reduce escalations, approval cycles, and manual effort.

I also run Scrum and Kanban delivery across teams, translate business needs into user stories and process documentation, and progress AI/GenAI use cases through UAT. I bring hands-on experience in portfolio governance, financial control, requirements analysis, and Agile delivery across stakeholders in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
