As a BCA student at Manipal University Jaipur, I specialize in backend development with NestJS. In my event-driven order processing project, I built REST endpoints and published order-creation events to Apache Kafka for asynchronous processing.
I used Redis cache-aside reads and invalidated order cache entries after persistence to reduce repeated database reads and stale data. I also configured two NestJS instances behind Nginx and orchestrated the services with Docker Compose.
For my e-commerce REST API project, I developed endpoints for authentication, account management, products, shopping carts, and payment workflows. I implemented JWT authentication, refresh-token rotation, Google OAuth 2.0, and role-based access control.
I integrated Razorpay payment verification and wrote service and controller tests with Vitest. I also configured a Jenkins pipeline triggered by a GitLab webhook.
