At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I delivered QA and automation testing for NatWest Group banking applications, including Card Control and Tokenization debit-card journeys.
For Card Control, I tested debit-card workflows such as card enquiry, maintenance, ordering, and status updates across Mobile, CUI, BackOffice, and CSc Screen channels. I designed automation for card-enquiry scenarios involving registration, addition, and deletion.
On Tokenization, I tested digital-payment workflows including tap-to-add, provisioning approval, authorization, and activation. I performed UI automation with Selenium WebDriver and API automation with Rest Assured, validating request and response data where applicable.
I investigated failures, documented defects in JIRA, and supported retesting in Agile/Scrum delivery. My testing background also includes functional, regression, integration, manual, SQL/DB2, and mainframe batch-processing validation.
