At LTIMindtree, I lead end-to-end migrations from on-premise infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, from discovery and assessment through implementation and post-migration optimization.

I plan capacity for SQL Server and MongoDB environments, use Azure migration tools for modernization, and implement MongoDB security and authentication protocols.

I also build and iterate Amazon Connect IVR and contact flows, queues, and routing profiles integrated with DynamoDB.
