At Simpolo Vitrified Pvt., I worked as a Project Design Engineer ( Mechanical & Steel Structure ). I executed plant-wide projects involving ball mills, silos, tech towers, conveyor systems, steel structure supports and platforms.
I prepared AutoCAD 2D and 3D drawings, steel fabrication details, and BOM/BOQs. My work also covered gas, water, cooling tower, and ETP pipelines, as well as heat recovery, dust collector, and AC ducting systems.
At CONMECH Engineering Ltd., I prepared structural fabrication drawings and BOQs, and created GA layouts for transfer towers and stockyards. I supported site teams with installation and technical conflicts on bulk material handling conveyor projects.
At ELECON Engineering Company Ltd., I prepared detailed steel fabrication and manufacturing drawings for bucket wheel stacker reclaimers and other equipment. I also created BOMs using Oracle, developed assembly drawings, performed 3D modeling in Pro/Engineer, and followed up on site erection issues.
