I've led the decomposition of a legacy monolith into 15+ independent AWS serverless services, migrated critical endpoints to more stable infrastructure, and built event-driven data pipelines powering personalised, ML- and search-driven feeds. This work increased daily users reaching the third feed post around 16x.
I rebuild engineering effectiveness through practical platform improvements: moving CI/CD from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions, creating reusable telemetry and deployment utilities, strengthening alerting ownership, and introducing AI-first development workflows that reduced typical feature lead time from 4–6 weeks to 1–2 weeks.
