I cleaned and analysed 541,909 retail transactions using Python and SQL, resolving missing customer IDs, cancelled invoices, and negative-quantity records before analysis. I then built RFM segments across 4,338 customers and identified a 41% At Risk/Lost customer tail for retention action.
I also built a five-page Power BI HR attrition dashboard across 1,470 employee records, using DAX, Power Query, drill-through, bookmarks, and tooltips to identify the strongest attrition drivers. I'm completing a B.Sc. in Computer Application at Savitribai Phule Pune University and am available for a remote data internship alongside coursework.
