I’m a Clinical Research professional focused on accurate, timely execution of clinical study activities. I manage multiple study protocols at once while supporting protocol-driven delivery from setup through reporting.

In my Clinical Research Associate role at Metropolis Healthcare Ltd, I coordinate study setup tasks such as customizing TRF, LIM, test profiles, dummy reports, kit letters, and requests for client codes. I also collaborate with IT teams for electronic data transfer and HL7 setup when applicable.

I ensure robust data collection, documentation, data entry, reporting, and QC checks—always aligned with SOPs and sponsor guidelines. I support audits by assisting the QA team and preparing updated documents for sponsor reviews.

I’m also experienced in quality practices through a dairy internship, where I performed daily quality checks of raw and packaging materials and maintained GMP & GHP during production activities. I bring strong coordination, training, and root-cause thinking, including preparing CAPA with root cause analysis.
