Previously at JPMorgan Chase, I led DDA client onboarding across 14 booking locations for US and EMEA clients. I mentored six team members and partnered with IT to deploy a BOT that eliminated 17 hours of manual work each day.
At Accenture, I managed an approximately $8M US O2C portfolio covering cash application, reconciliation, lockbox postings, collections, disputes, and month-end close. I reduced unapplied cash balances by 30%+ and delivered clean, compliant reporting cycles.
