I transitioned from interior design to SEO after realizing I enjoy the problem-solving aspects of SEO. Over the past few months, I’ve been developing my skills in SEO, link building, backlink analysis, and outreach, using tools like Ahrefs and Semrush to spot strong opportunities.
In my current roles, I focus on competitor backlink profiles, targeted prospect lists, and outreach for guest posts and link exchanges. I write outreach messages, follow up with contacts, track backlinks, and monitor performance with Google Search Console and Google Analytics. I also assist with indexing issues and SEO audits using Screaming Frog.
I’m still learning, but I truly enjoy connecting with publishers and editors and seeing how quality backlinks improve rankings and traffic. I’m seeking an entry-level role focused on link building where I can experiment with real campaigns while continuing to build authority.
