At NITS Solution Limited, I own end-to-end QA delivery for multiple enterprise applications, leading manual, automation, database, and ETL testing. I also drive CMMI Level 3 compliance and Agile QA practices.
At Indiabulls Venture Limited, I delivered QA leadership for Oracle Fusion Middleware and ERP platforms, managed cross-functional QA teams, and ensured release quality.
Across my work, I’ve established QA strategies and governance, validated complex data flows and backend systems, and managed teams of up to 17 members. I’m currently advancing my knowledge of Snowflake and modern cloud-based data platforms.
