What I'm looking for

I’m looking to step into a CFO or Head of Finance role where I own the finance function end to end — reporting, treasury, controls, tax and governance — and partner with the board on strategy and growth. Open to companies in Nepal or remote-first teams.

I’m a semi-qualified CA (ICAI) with 8+ years in finance across Nepal and India, based in Kathmandu.

I currently head finance and serve as Company Secretary at a Kathmandu company preparing for its IPO. I led its conversion from private to public and the groundwork with SEBON, the issue manager and auditors, and I run the day-to-day finance function: treasury and trade finance (LC and TT under NRB rules), tax (VAT, TDS, excise, income tax), statutory and internal audit, and board governance.

Before this I worked in tax and business advisory, handling compliance and planning for over 20 clients, and spent three years as a senior audit executive leading statutory audits across manufacturing, NGOs, construction and services. I began my career with a three-year CA articleship in New Delhi.

I’m open to CFO or Head of Finance roles, on-site in Kathmandu or remote.
