At Canvia (Cloud CyberSOC - Cybersecurity), I work L1/L2 in a 24×7 multi-client SOC: I triage and investigate alerts in Splunk (SIEM), FortiSIEM and Cortex XSOAR playbooks, respond to XDR/EDR alerts in Trend Micro Vision One and Defender XDR, and manage 320+ endpoints in FortiEDR for clients such as ONPE and Komatsu.
I apply CTI and OSINT to correlate IoCs, process threat bulletins, assess CVEs, and document incidents. I handle critical alerts in under 20 minutes against a 30-minute SLA.
Before cybersecurity, I spent 2 years at Huawei on core and cloud platforms: AICC contact center deployment, migration of 24 IVRs with no downtime, monitoring of VMware and OpenStack platforms, and 30+ RFCs aligned with ISO 27001.
