What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a hospital pharmacy role where I can strengthen my clinical skills, apply pharmacology and drug therapy management, and work with experienced professionals to deliver safe, effective medication therapy.

I am a motivated Pharm.D. student with a strong academic foundation in pharmacology, drug therapy management, and patient care. I’m passionate about applying my knowledge to improve patient outcomes in a hospital setting through my coursework and clinical rotations.

I bring hands-on experience from projects such as patient counselling, ADRs monitoring, and medication chart review. I’ve also worked on a medication chart review through examination of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, supported drug information query work, and performed prescription review/analysis.

I’m eager to further develop my clinical skills and excited to work alongside experienced professionals to support the delivery of safe and effective medication therapy in a hospital environment. I also stay engaged with learning topics like antimicrobial therapeutics and pharmacovigilence, materiovigilance, and AEFI.
