What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Consumer Insights role in fintech where I can apply my research, conversational, and analytical skills to understand customer requirements, analyse information, document findings, and communicate with stakeholders.

At Financial Software and Systems (FSS), I analyse transaction-level data to identify discrepancies and investigate patterns, while preparing reports and coordinating submissions with partner banking clients. I work directly with stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify issues, and support accurate resolution within defined turnaround windows.

I'm a finance undergraduate with experience across fintech operations and insurance advisory at Kotak Life Insurance and Niva Bupa Health Insurance. Through Money Mentors, I lead organising activities for finance events and coordinate content for the “BrokeButHopeful” initiative; I'm seeking to bring my research, conversational, and analytical skills to a Consumer Insights role in fintech.
