I’m a dedicated Training Specialist with extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance and mentoring medical scribe professionals. I design and implement impactful training programs that optimize employee performance and strengthen clinical documentation standards.

In remote medical scribing—especially wound care—I focus on standardized, accurate charting by precharting notes, reviewing updates in real time, and supporting providers to close issues promptly. I document vitals, HPI, medication lists, surgical and medical history, ROS, fall risk, active wounds, and problem lists with a proactive, detail-first mindset.

I’ve trained and mentored over 50 new hires, reducing onboarding time by 20% while helping teams move from “Doctor Ready” to “Doctor Approved.” I also run regular assessments and feedback sessions to improve trainee performance and ensure consistent quality across providers and specialties.

I’m excited to keep raising quality through structured onboarding, supervision, adaptability, and continuous improvement—supported by my pursuit of Lean Six Sigma certifications and ongoing training like Good Clinical Practice (GCP). My main goal is to maximize employee performance, team productivity, and quality assurance.
