I engineered FHIR-compliant REST APIs and patient consent and health record linking modules for healthcare data exchange. My work included connecting LabIQ with hospital systems and using Apache Kafka to route high-volume API calls.
I developed FastAPI microservices for alerts and report synchronization, and strengthened electronic health record security with OAuth2, JWT, and AES encryption. I also optimized MySQL and PostgreSQL queries, reducing report-generation query latency by 35%.
