What I'm looking for

I want to work in an engineering environment where I can take on field challenges—driving safety and quality, executing civil work on schedule, and owning estimation, planning, documentation, and smooth project handover with strong leadership.

I’m a result-oriented construction professional with around 12 years of experience, built in industrial structures across Power, Steel, Mines, Oil and Gas sectors. I focus on delivering civil scope with full Quality and Safety Assurance while keeping execution on schedule.

In my current role as Assistant Construction Manager, I manage industrial projects in Hazira–Surat for AM/NS and support large-scale site delivery with strong documentation, stage approvals, and contractor coordination. I’m hands-on with study of drawings, technical specifications, FQP, SOP, and SWP to ensure the work matches the approved plan.

Earlier, I served as Sr. Engineer and Engineer on major projects including ISRO–IPRC Engine Test Center and Sands Infinite (Twin tower), as well as industrial construction for Tata group clients. I handled estimation of quantities, resource planning, weekly/monthly progress reviews, concrete planning, work scheduling, and monthly contractor/client billing.

I’m also committed to safety leadership—implementing safety standards, conducting daily toolbox talks, preparing Job Safety Analysis plans, submitting safe work schemes for critical activities, and performing weekly site safety auditing. My technical foundation includes AutoCAD and ERP learning, and I emphasize minimizing wastage, reducing rework, and completing handovers with documentation such as JMR, BBS, and pre/post inspection reports.
