I lead Material Compliance & Sustainability at Maruti Suzuki, managing nine specialists across IMDS, SOC, and asbestos-verification teams. I oversee material compliance for every model, including a 30,000-datasheet IMDS program and supplier surveillance across 900+ vendors.

Before Maruti Suzuki, I spent nearly 11 years at Honda R&D India, progressing from Graduate Engineer Trainee to Manager and Group Head. I led polymer development from concept through mass production, managed 22+ programs, and served as Honda India's primary R&D counterpart to Honda Japan.

I've delivered INR 200M+ in material cost savings through value engineering, localization, and painted-to-pre-colored plastics conversion. I also built Honda India's INR 40M non-metal testing laboratory from scratch, cutting testing cycles from 2.5 months to 15 days and earning delegated material-approval authority from Honda Japan.

I'm drawn to complex materials, quality, and sustainability challenges, from recycled-plastics adoption to root-causing market failures with FTIR, SEM, and TGA. I'm open to senior materials, quality, and compliance leadership mandates in India and internationally.
