What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue as an SAP EWM consultant where I can own incident/problem resolution under SLA, deliver CR-based design/configuration, and support end-to-end go-live with strong testing and warehouse process expertise.

I’m a certified SAP EWM (S/4 HANA) consultant with 10+ years of experience across SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects. I’ve helped clients by handling CRs and ensuring day-to-day operations stay stable under SLA governance.

In my support roles, I address incidents, work on problem tickets to eliminate root causes, and monitor SLAs to prevent breaches and penalties. I also provide business support during requirement gathering, producing conceptual and actual design for new processes, and updating BPDs/FS aligned to those changes.

On the EWM implementation side, I configure inbound and outbound processes, storage controls, physical inventory, RF flows, PPF conditions, and printing HU labels. I participate in go-live and hyper-care, execute unit test/SIT/regression testing, and support end-to-end transportation units for shipping and receiving, including knowledge on labor, yard, wave management, and cross-docking.
